Beginning Legal Professionals Training Online Course Commencing January 21, 2026
Sacramento LPA will be offering its Beginning Legal Professionals Training Course online. This course will run for eight weeks with live, online sessions January 21 – March 11, 2026 on Wednesdays from 6:00-8:00PM.
During the course, the following topics will be covered:
- Court Structure, Best Practices, and Ethics
- Civil Litigation
- Discovery
- Calendaring
- Citations
- Family Law
- Probate/Estate Planning
- Transactional Law
This is a live, online, eight-week course covering California state court practice and procedures, as well as best practices and ethics for the legal support professional. It is designed for beginning-level students or for those who desire a refresher in basic legal procedure. Previous work experience in an office or law office setting is recommended.
This course will utilize Google Suite and the Slack platform. More information will be given on the first night of instruction.
Includes course fee, Law Office Procedures Manual, all training materials.
Registrations must be received by January 19 in order to timely receive the textbook.
